Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Smack & Snack LLC runs smackandsnack.com. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. What we collect when you fill in a form
- Contact form: your name, your email and your message.
- Franchise form: your name, your email, the phone number and city you choose to give us, and your message.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address, and nothing else.
We use this only to answer you and — if you signed up for the newsletter — to tell you about new flavors and mall-only deals. We do not sell your information and we do not hand it to advertisers.
2. What we collect just because you visited
We count visits with our own tool. We do not store your IP address, your name or your email. To count "different people" we mix your IP, your browser and a secret of ours into a one-way code that changes every single day — so tomorrow the same visitor becomes a different code, and the code can never be turned back into an IP address.
What we keep is: which page was opened, in which language, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer) and where the visit came from (Google, Instagram, a direct link, and so on).
3. Cookies and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel
Our own visit counter uses no cookies at all. The site does run the Meta Pixel, which Meta uses to measure our ads and which may store cookies in your browser. You can limit it in your Meta ad settings, or block it with the tracking protection your browser already has.
4. Companies that see data because they make the site work
The site's typefaces are hosted here, on our own domain — loading a page does not open a connection to a font provider.
- Vercel — hosts the site and receives each request, like any web server does.
- Supabase — stores what you send through the forms and the anonymous visit counts.
- Resend — delivers the form messages to our inbox.
- Google Maps — only loads if you click "Show map" on the Locations page. Until you click, Google gets nothing.
- Meta — receives what the Pixel described above sends.
- Square — runs the checkout at our kiosks and the Snack Coins loyalty program.
- DoorDash and Uber Eats — separate companies with their own policies. This site only links to them.
5. Snack Coins and the rewards app
Our rewards app lives at rewards.smackandsnack.com and runs on Square's loyalty program. The phone number you use to collect Snack Coins and your points balance are held by Square as part of that program.
6. How long we keep things
Form messages stay with us while we may still need them to answer you or serve you. Visit counts are anonymous from the moment they are written, and we keep them as monthly totals.
7. What you can ask us to do
Write to contact@smackandsnack.com and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. To stop receiving the newsletter, just reply to any email from us or write to that same address.
8. Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this page
If we change how any of this works, we update this page and the date at the top.
