Smack & Snack started with a simple idea: take the crispy, hot, can't-stop-eating snack culture we grew up with in Brazil — coxinhas, cheese balls and sweet churros — and serve it the way Florida actually wants it: fast, fresh, and in a cup you can carry through the mall.

Our first kiosk opened at Tampa Premium Outlets, and the line started forming on day one. Tens of thousands of cups later, we're still frying every Drop to order, still grinning behind the counter, and just getting started on what comes next.
