These are the rules for using smackandsnack.com. We kept them short and in plain language on purpose.
1. What this site is
smackandsnack.com exists to show you what we sell, where our kiosks are and how to reach us. Using the site means you accept what is written on this page.
2. Menu, prices and hours
What you see here is a guide, not a promise. Items, prices and hours can change without notice, each kiosk sells what it has on the day, and mall hours can change on holidays. The kiosk counter always has the final word.
3. Allergens
Our snacks are fried and may contain — or come into contact with — common allergens such as wheat, milk, egg and soy. If you have an allergy or a food restriction, ask us at the counter before you order. We would much rather answer the question than get it wrong.
4. Snack Coins
Snack Coins is our loyalty program and it runs on Square. Coins have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and are collected and redeemed at our kiosks. We can change the rewards, the rules or end the program — if we do, we will say so on the rewards page.
5. Delivery orders
Orders placed on DoorDash or Uber Eats are handled by those companies under their own terms, their own prices and their own fees. Refunds and delivery problems on those apps go through them.
6. Franchise information
The franchise pages on this site are information only. They are not an offer to sell, and not a solicitation to buy, a franchise. A franchise can only be offered through a Franchise Disclosure Document, and only in places where the filing and registration requirements have been met.
7. Our name and our content
The Smack & Snack name, the logo, Snakito, the photos and the texts on this site belong to Smack & Snack LLC. Please do not use them commercially without asking us first.
8. Links to other sites
When you leave through a link — a delivery app, a social network, a map — you are on someone else's site, under their rules. We do not control what happens there.
9. The site as it is
We work to keep everything here correct and available, but we cannot promise the site is free of mistakes or never goes down. To the extent the law allows, Smack & Snack LLC is not liable for losses that come from using this site.
10. Which law applies
These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Smack & Snack LLC — Florida, United States.
